HOME IS WHERE THE BEACH IS

Let the coastal style bring the beach right to where you call home. Think warm whites, ocean hues and reflective surfaces. With a seaside-themed kitchen or bathroom, it’s like you’re always on a beach vacation.

YOUR SPACE WITH A CITY VIEW.

You don’t need to be in New York to channel the metropolitan style. Let bright colors, clean lines, and frameless cabinets define your kitchen or bathroom.

A CRAFTSMAN’S DREAM COME TRUE.

Bring a handcrafted feel into the heart of your home with an artisanal kitchen or bathroom. Drawers with dove-tail joints, sculpted handles, exposed hinges; all these are the hallmarks of an artisanal look. Let your cabinetry be the limelight of your space.

SOMETIMES LESS IS MORE.

A minimalist style can be an oasis of calm in this hectic world. Straight lines, neutral palettes, go back to the basics where less is more. Play up to your favorite accents for a space that’s simple yet tasteful.

TAKE INSPIRATION FROM THE PAST.

A traditional kitchen or bathroom celebrates style details that have endured the test of time. Think framed cabinets, decorative molding, glazed and antique cabinet finishes. The result is a warm and rich space that is classically beautiful.

Your Warm & Inviting Home

Cabinet Line: Waypoint Cabinetry

Door Style: Decorative Wide Rail Shaker

Wood Type: Maple

Waypoint’s decorative wide rail shaker is a natural fit in this home. The auburn glazed cabinets create a distinctively warm and rich space. The kitchen backsplash is a beveled crackle glaze subway tile with granite countertops. For the island, the granite has a volcano finish, which gives it a bubbled texture and matte finish. In the master bathroom, separate vanities give the couple their own spaces. A knee drawer with lowered counter doubles as a comfortable spot to sit and get ready for the day.

Perfect in Black & White

Cabinet Line: Waypoint Cabinetry

Door Style: 650F Wide Rail Shaker

Wood Type: Maple

Black and white is the theme throughout this remodeled home.

In the kitchen, linen painted white cabinets create an open fresh space that contrasts beautifully with the darker countertops. Pairing the dark kitchen island with a contrasting white countertop creates a beautiful focal point amidst the white cabinets. The wooden flooring adds a great twist to the otherwise duo-color kitchen.

Over in the bathrooms, varied tile patterns add interest to the otherwise monochromatic spaces, with an intricate mosaic-tiled backsplash in the master bathroom and tiny mosaic tiles in the shower area of the guest bathroom. The round mirrors in the master bathroom balances the strong crisp lines, breaking up the monotony and adding some movement to the space.

In this otherwise monochromatic kitchen featuring our Lotus cabinets, the tiled kitchen backsplash, wood hood, and wooden-accented flooring immediately draw your attention. Sculpted satin-nickel knobs and handles complete the picturesque transformation of this kitchen.

NEUTRAL BATHROOM ACCENTS

Cabinet Line: Lotus Cabinetry

Door Style: Cardiff

Wood Type: Birch

Finish: Painted White

Neutral doesn’t mean boring. Here, we are proud to showcase how neutral colors can create bathroom spaces with a clean and calm look. Painted white birch cabinetry from our Lotus stock line makes the rooms look spacious and inviting.  In the master bathroom, the white cabinets are accented just slightly by the Venato Bianca quartz countertop from Arizona Tile. The silver accented hardware also complements the layers of white in the bathroom, creating a timeless look. In the other bathrooms and the laundry room, clean lines continue to be a main stay, with slate gray countertops providing a balance between light and dark.

Spiced Up Contemporary

A Spiced Up Contemporary

Cabinet Line: Kitchen Craft Cabinetry (Euro Frameless)

Door Style: Contempra Horizontal Textured Slab Summit Horizontal White Slab (Kitchen Cabinets); Summit Horizontal Slab (Kitchen Island)

Wood Type: Melamine (Kitchen Cabinets); White Oak (Kitchen Island)

Finish: Wood Grain Textured Driftwood (Kitchen Cabinets) ; Winter (Kitchen Island)

This two-toned kitchen was exactly what our clients wanted. They really loved the idea of modern and cool gray tones, but didn’t want to miss out on the warmth and character of a more traditional kitchen.

The result? A spiced up contemporary that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Quartz countertops echo the two-toned cabinets in inverse coloring to the cabinetry. The mosaic kitchen backsplash enthusiastically ties both colors together.

The casual look belies the functionality of this kitchen space. By creating different work zones, we were able to accommodate more cooks and guests in the kitchen. The open layout follows the kitchen’s natural L-shape which helps define the kitchen and the living area. The elevated counter seating is also a clever play to create visual interest, while sneakily hiding the kitchen mess from the eyes of the guests.

SOMETHING TRADITIONAL AND MODERN

Cabinet Line: Waypoint Cabinetry

Door Style: Slab

Wood Type: Maple

Finish: Spice Stain

The spice stain glazed cabinets from Waypoint gives this otherwise modern-looking home a traditional look.  This is a beautiful example of how our designers pick the best of both worlds to suit the design preferences of the client. The spice glazed cabinets adds a soft touch to the straight lines and open design.

This particular kitchen presented us with a challenge: a misaligned sloped ceiling. To counter this, we added a ceiling soffit. This hid the odd angle of the ceiling pitch, without bringing the overall ceiling height down, creating a linear style that is typical of the mid-century style the client wanted. The soffit also frames the room and allows integration of task lighting of major work zones.

Ceiling beams discreetly separate the kitchen from the living room. The beams and soffit help frame the kitchen as its own space. A single level island creates a great sense of openness, where friends and family can gather outside the kitchen and still chat with the cook.

Your Coastal Kitchen

May 6, 2015

Cabinet Line: Lotus Cabinetry

Door Style: Cardiff

Wood Type: Birch

Finish: Painted White

How do you have many cooks in the kitchen all at once? We all know that too many cooks can spoil the broth! Here’s our solution: sectioning the kitchen into different work zones. In this kitchen, we have the appliances and fixtures grouped according to task/use. Beverage storage, serving, preparation, cooking, baking, cleaning, etc. The elevated counter seating also makes for a great bar hang-out for guests while hiding the kitchen mess from them.
